A Greek take on the Sauvignon Blanc variety, cultivated in Drama in the northern Greece – one of the most important wine regions of the country for French varieties – by the experienced and French trained vigneron and oenologist, Bakis Tsalkos. A few days of skin contact and minimum intervention gives a wine carrying the maximum expression of the terroir of where it comes from.
